Are the items truly hand-personalized?

Each item is carefully embroidered in my Montreal studio, made to order, according to the options you choose (font, color, icon). Each piece is unique.

What can I have embroidered?

You can personalize your item with:

  • a first name, a word, or initials,
  • a font of your choice
  • a color of thread,
  • an icon (optional)

The available options are indicated directly on the product page.

Is there a character limit?

Yes, to guarantee a harmonious result.
The limit is specified on the product sheet.

I can't find my icon among those available?

We offer over 200 hand-drawn icons. If you have a specific idea in mind, contact us—we'll see what we can do together. 🧵

Are the colours and fonts true to the photos?

We do our best to be accurate, but slight variations may exist depending on the screens and fabric used.
The final result remains elegant and balanced.

What are the manufacturing lead times?

Personalized items are embroidered within 1 to 3 business days, then shipped.
The exact delivery times are indicated on the payment page.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized items are neither returnable nor exchangeable, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.
Please double-check your customization before confirming.

How do I care for my embroidered item?

To preserve the embroidery:

  • lavage à la main
  • wash inside out
  • no tumble dryer
  • iron on the reverse side
