When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Nura reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Nura has confirmed its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Nura may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of the order.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a defect or error on our part. If your order has an issue (defective product, personalization error), please contact us by email at nura.latelier@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and include clear photos of the item in question. After review, an appropriate solution will be offered: a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or domestic use only and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be indicated in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise indicated, displayed prices do not include taxes, shipping and handling fees, or customs or import charges.

Prices displayed in our online store may differ from prices offered in physical stores or in online stores operated by third parties. We may, from time to time, offer promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by separate terms and conditions from these Terms. We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once we transfer the products to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liability arising out of or related to your purchases and transactions with Nura.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that failure to provide timely notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless you suffer material prejudice as a result. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms of Service shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal (Quebec).
