Returns and Exchanges

Due to their personalized nature, items are neither returnable nor exchangeable, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.

If your order has a problem (defective product, personalization error), please contact us by email at nura.latelier@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt, attaching clear photos of the product in question.

After verification, an appropriate solution will be offered:

• product replacement,
• or refund, depending on the situation.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled or modified within one hour of placing the order by contacting us by email at nura.latelier@gmail.com. Once the embroidery has begun, no modifications or cancellations are possible.
